We offer both group training sessions (maximum 6 people) and individual sessions, ensuring personalized attention.

From Pilates and physical conditioning classes to functional training and physical preparation for the elderly, we have something for everyone. Additionally, if you are preparing for specific tests such as those for firefighters or security forces, we have specialized programs.
